If you are traveling from O'Hare or Midway Airport, there is direct access via CTA train lines to downtown and our venue. More information below.
Coming from O’Hare Airport: Take the Blue Line to downtown and get off at Monroe Street.
Coming from Chicago Midway Airport: Take the Orange Line to downtown and get off at Washington/Wabash.
Traveling By Car
One of our favorite things about Chicago is how easy and convenient it is to travel and get around without a car. We highly recommend you do the same during your time here, but if you will be driving, we have listed parking details below.
Chicago Athletic Association Hotel: Valet parking is available at 71 E Madison for $79 per night, per vehicle with unlimited in/out privileges.
Kimpton Gray Hotel: Valet parking is available for $75 per day with in/out privileges.
Palmer House Hotel: Self-parking and valet parking are available at 55 East Monroe Street. The parking garage can be accessed from Monroe Street (eastbound traffic) or Adams Street (westbound traffic).
Traveling By Train
If available to you, traveling by train with Amtrak is another great option for getting to Chicago. The Chicago Amtrak route will end at Chicago Union Station located downtown on Canal Street.
From Union Station, you can take the 151 bus towards Water Tower to Dearborn and Monroe then walk to the University Club of Chicago
Taxis are also readily available at Union Station. A ride to the University Club will take approximately 7 minutes
Previously a private club for 122 years, today Chicago Athletic Association is both a novel downtown destination on the doorstep of Millennium Park and a historic monument.
The Chicago Athletic Hotel Association is located around the corner from the University Club of Chicago, approximately 3 minutes walking distance.

Please note that the University Club requires business casual attire on weekdays in all public spaces.
